GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • These general terms and conditions define and regulate the legal relationships related to the sale of toys and children's accessories (hereinafter referred to as the "Sale") by Baroor Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") through the website owned by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
  • By accessing the Website, using any service of the Website, or downloading any content, in whole or in part, you, as a user (hereinafter referred to as the "User," "You," "Your," "Customer," "Buyer," "Client"), confirm that you have read and understood these terms of use, as well as other terms related to the Sale published on the Website, the provisions of the public procurement contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), and you unconditionally accept them, regardless of whether you are a customer of the Sale conducted by the Company, a registered user of the Website, or just a visitor.
  • The Company has the right to change these Terms unilaterally at any time without prior notice. In the event of such changes, the Company will publish the updated Terms on the Website, indicating the date of the last change. It is the User's responsibility to visit the Website from time to time and check for changes in the Terms. The new Terms will have legal force and will apply to obligations arising after their placement on the Website.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, please cease using the Website. Your presence on the Website, opening an account, becoming a User, and using the Services confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

RIGHT TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT

  • Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 and have civil legal capacity can make purchases on the Website. The Company is not responsible for the consequences of actions performed by individuals who have not reached the age of 18 or who are recognized as incapable by the court.
  • Personal data can only be filled out with information that actually belongs to the registering or purchasing user. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that the Company cannot verify the accuracy of the information and data you provide, and therefore the full responsibility for any violation of this clause lies with you.
  • The Company has the right to remove a user from the system if it discovers the fact of presenting incorrect or unreliable data, canceling accumulated points and purchase history.

ACTUAL DELIVERY BY THE COMPANY AND THE PROCEDURE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

  • The Company sells products (hereinafter referred to as the "Product") to its customers through its stores and transfers them to the delivery organization for delivery to the address specified by the Customer.
  • When placing an order, the Customer must have sufficient funds in the account or in cash to fulfill the specified Order.
  • The Company may postpone delivery deadlines during periods when the total volume of orders increases (holidays, discount programs, or events, etc.) or when technical (traffic jams, accidents, etc.) or natural obstacles arise.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY PROCEDURE

  • After receiving the purchase request for the Product, the Company's service department additionally checks the commercial appearance of the product and the absence of physical or mechanical damages. If the purchased product does not meet the commercial appearance, or if there are physical or mechanical damages, the employee of the Company's service center will contact you regarding the replacement of the product or cancellation of the order.
  • If the purchased Product meets the presented criteria and has no physical or mechanical damages, then the Product is prepared for delivery, after which the employee of the Company's service center may further contact you regarding details related to the order (confirmation of the delivery address, ordered products, delivery time).
  • If the Buyer has indicated in the purchase request that they will make cash payment and does not respond to the call from the service center, the Company has the right not to deliver the Product and cancel the transaction.
  • If the Buyer has made an online payment and does not respond to the call from the service center, the Company has the right not to deliver the Product, and if the Buyer does not contact the service center within the next working day, to cancel the transaction and refund the full amount.
  • Upon confirmation of the order by the Buyer, the delivery is transferred to the courier.
  • The courier is a physical or legal person who collaborates with the Company but is a separate taxpayer.
  • If the Buyer has indicated in the purchase request that they will make cash payment and the delivery is handed over to the courier after that, and the delivery address changes, the Company has the right to charge an additional delivery fee equal to one complete delivery fee at the time of handing over the delivery to the Buyer.
  • If the Buyer has made an online payment and the delivery address changes after the delivery has been handed over to the courier, the Company has the right to charge an additional delivery fee in cash at the time of handing over the delivery to the Buyer equal to one complete delivery fee.
  • The courier may contact the Buyer via phone to clarify the address or other details. If the Buyer does not respond to the courier's call at the specified phone number or there are similar obstacles to the delivery, the courier has the right to return the order to the service center.
  • If the Buyer has indicated in the purchase request that they will make cash payment, and does not respond to the courier's call at the specified phone number or there are similar obstacles to the delivery, the Company has the right to consider the order canceled if the Buyer does not contact the service center within one working day after returning the delivery to the service center.
  • If the Buyer has made an online payment and does not respond to the courier's call at the specified phone number or there are similar obstacles to the delivery, the Company has the right to consider the order canceled and refund the full amount except for the delivery charge if the Buyer does not contact the service center within one working day after returning the delivery to the service center.
  • If the Buyer frequently does not respond to calls from the service center or courier at the specified phone number or similar obstacles arise due to the Buyer's actions, the respective Buyer's orders may no longer be serviced.
  • The Buyer is obliged to check the proper quality of the delivered products, possible physical and mechanical damages, and working condition at the time of receiving the delivery in the presence of the courier. If any of the delivered products do not meet proper quality, have physical or mechanical damages, or are not in working condition, the Buyer may refuse either just that product or the entire delivery and delivery service or request a new or replacement product.
  • If any of the delivered products do not meet proper quality, have physical or mechanical damages, or are not in working condition, then only one-time delivery fee will be charged for the replacement request.
  • If the Buyer has made a cash payment and the delivered products are of proper quality, have no physical or mechanical defects, and are in working condition, but the Buyer refuses the ordered products, the Company has the right to charge the Buyer for the delivery service fee.
  • If the Buyer has made an online payment and the delivered products are of proper quality, have no physical or mechanical defects, and are in working condition, but the Buyer refuses the ordered products, the full amount will be refunded except for the delivery fee.
  • If the Buyer frequently refuses delivered products that are of proper quality and free of physical and mechanical defects, the respective Buyer's orders may no longer be serviced.
  • Եթե գնորդը հաճախակի է հրաժարվում պատշաճ որակի, ֆիզիկական և մեխանիկական թերություններ չունեցող և սարքին վիճակում գտնվող առաքված ապրանքներից, ապա տվյալ Գնորդի պատվերները այլևս կարող են չսպասարկվել։

PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND RETURN

  • Cash payments for the Products sold by the Company can only be made in Armenian drams.
  • The sale of Products is carried out at the prices indicated on the Website at that moment.
  • According to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving the delivery, provided that they have the purchase receipt, the labels on the Product are preserved, there are no physical or mechanical defects, and it is in working condition, receiving a full refund except for the delivery service fee.
  • When returning a Product purchased online under the procedure specified in this section, the refund may take up to 10 working days, depending on the speed of the processes of the servicing banks.
  • The return rules regulated by this section do not apply to those types of products for which the legislation of the Republic of Armenia does not provide for returns.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • To make the use of the Website faster and more convenient, the Website may use cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric strings created on the website. When visiting the website, they are duplicated in your computer. Cookies are safe for the computer and do not collect personal information. For security reasons, money transactions and related data may also be monitored by the banks and systems servicing the money transfers.
  • The Company takes appropriate electronic, physical, and other security measures to ensure the security of your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All the data you provide is stored in secure server databases. We protect the pages of the Company containing your personal information with passwords. The Company will never ask you to provide your password via phone or email.
